Shalini Chopra is a strategic Business HR Leader with a combination of Business leadership and Strategic HR leadership experience. She has worked and lived in India, UK and USA and led teams globally. Shalini has successfully led numerous post-merger integrations in global companies. She had been highly appreciated by business leaders and teams for her deep understanding of People, HR and balanced with business savviness and has been a sounding board to the executive leaders across units and geographies. She believes in contributing to business outcomes through the HR function, and her deep understanding of behavioural sciences and HR domain is a key contributor to her success. Shalini believes in asking difficult questions and working relentlessly to find the answers. Her deeply empathetic and non-judgmental listening skills helps her succeed in collaborating with diverse leaders and organizations – from fortune 30 to mid sized companies. She has been a  Leadership Excellence Coach and Mindset Conditioning coach to senior and executive leaders, for over a decade and has helped organizations and leaders to build a culture of trust and innovation with >5X impact. She is also consulting and mentoring leaders to achieve their diversity and inclusion goals. Involved with NGOs like ALIG for education of children in and around the city of Jamshedpur, Work actively with organizations, from $300M to 3Billion to build an inclusive culture and also coaching and mentoring their leaders in various geographies including APAC.
