The Enable HR Profiling System provides a very practical self-evaluation framework so you can understand how you and your team operate. Every participant has their own secure home page, from where they initiate their self-evaluation and also 360 if required. The interactive Development Plan then guides them through developing skills, approaches and behaviours which will make a positive difference to their stakeholder relationships, performance and results, and also their career path. The HR leader can create a team report, and also initiate a team 360 (see below).

Our Self-Evaluation Profile* takes the participant through a journey of building self-awareness against standards that are uniquely tailored to HR. The interactive Development Plan then provides online resources for reflection and also tools and concepts to help them to build their action plan.
