She also facilitates multicultural teams and helps leaders to create the right conditions for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in organizations.
Olga’s experience in HR includes working regionally and globally in a leading management consultancy and an investment bank, covering recruitment, talent potential, people development and succession planning. She has led virtual and real teams in various cultures and is passionate about leadership across cultures. Olga holds numerous professional international qualifications and accreditations in psychometrics and personality profiling.
Olga has worked across Europe, Turkey, Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Born in Russia, Olga has lived in the UK and Italy. Since 2017 she has been living in Slovenia (Ljubljana). Olga works in English and Russian languages and speaks French, Italian and Slovene.
