Esther is an HR Director with more than 25 years’ experience, having worked for several large organizations in both public and private sector, both locally and internationally. As an Associate Professor, she has led executive programmes for 20 years. Her experience ranges from team coaching to quality in work processes, and organization development through to learning design. She is a recognized expert in analysis and solution of employment law risks, negotiation and conflict resolution, and also specialises in diversity, equality & inclusion policies, and agile methodologies. She regularly participates in the design of learning experiences in companies, both for the improvement of their working processes and within the framework of transformation. This depth and breadth of hands-on experience enables Esther to inspire and challenge HR leaders and teams, helping them to develop positive attitudes, skills and behaviours. She is a supportive and effective ‘HR shaker’ and inspires authentic leadership and appreciative intelligence.
