We are very fortunate to have a developer on our team who has decades of experience in organisational research and 360 feedback tools. This means that we can build, in-house, innovative solutions that truly respond to clients’ needs. Adam is a highly experienced software engineer, with 25 years’ commercial experience of mobile and on-line web application development, working on high-volume applications in Human Resources, eCommerce, shipping/distribution and the healthcare sectors. He authored and continues to look after our multi-use surveying platform, continually improving and developing it along with George Naylor, CTO. He places great emphasis on security, stability, performance, responsive design, and functionality. Always paying close attention to detail around build & deployment processes, server hardware and functional/load testing. All combining to ensure that the Enable-HR International research platform functions smoothly and securely.
