We have a fabulous international group of Consultants, and we’re delighted to welcome Jaime Carrillo Aguilera to our team.

Jaime brings a valuable mix of business and talent experience, and a rigorous approach to ensuring that talent and development programs truly deliver the desired business outcomes.

He has spent more than 25 years working in business consulting, corporate strategy, transformation and global talent, supporting international organisations through growth, change and increasing complexity.

Across consulting and in-house leadership roles, he has worked with business leaders and HR teams to strengthen leadership capability, helping organisations make leadership, succession and talent development part of the way they grow, adapt and make decisions.

His experience spans global organisations, working across different countries, cultures and business environments, and is an excellent match for our clients.
