Sara has 20 years’ experience in HR, working her way up via HRBP to HR Director in the Engineering and Technology sector. Responsibilities included Europe, Middle East and Africa, and also HR for HR. Since moving to consulting, Sara has worked across many sectors and with all levels from first line management to the Board, and has coached many HR professionals. She is a qualified coach with more than 400 hours of coaching, and is a professional member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Sara’s passion is enabling professional success and career growth in others, be it one-to-one through coaching and mentoring, or in groups through training and team facilitation. She is certified to use a range of psychometric tools, and as a trusted coach and mentor to numerous managers and directors, she is able to quickly build rapport and support behaviour change, performance enhancement, career growth and career change. Sara brings a fresh approach and a sense of humour to her work, building rapport with the people around her and forming long lasting working relationships.
