A professional actor working in film, television, theatre and radio, Paul has toured widely throughout the UK and internationally. His interest in experiential learning has led to a career in development, with clients including Vodafone, Tata Steel, The Fire Service, The University of Bristol, Britvic and many more. He uses his deep understanding of character and behaviour in immersive interpersonal skills training. Experienced Actor Facilitators combine the two skillsets to great effect : ‘Forum Theatre’ adds dramatic impact for a group event, while practice conversations and coaching can be tailored to individuals. Whether in a group or one-to-one, Paul brings characters to life so that the participant can try out their skills. Paul also brings understanding of core models such as MBTI, Transactional Analysis and GROW to his work, making theory real and practical.
