He has extensive experience working for global organizations both leading functional HR missions as well as leading HR Business Partner teams of global and regional divisions at IBM and Schneider Electric. Martin has deep expertise in designing and executing people strategies, strategic workforce planning, learning solutions, shaping culture and talent management. He has built and led numerous large and small teams and thrives on coaching and developing individuals to exploit their greatest potential. He has a track record of both influencing and enabling transformations at a corporate level and shaping & leading ambitious talent agendas at regional and division levels with measurable results on upskilling and reskilling talent, building high performing teams, improving engagement, and delivering top and bottom-line results.
