Marion is a Fellow of the CIPD with many years experience working within HR. She is an accredited trainer with Mental Health First Aid England, a positive psychology practitioner and award-winning coach. Marion specialises in helping clients quieten their inner critic and access the multiple benefits of developing an inner coach to support and encourage them. These include personal growth and performance, enhanced wellbeing, and general feelings of positivity. As a coach, she has an MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, Diploma in Personal Performance, Diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching, an NLP Coach and EMCC accredited. She works across all sectors with a particular interest in supporting HR professionals – an area in which Marion conducted research seeking to understand their levels of self-compassion (there wasn’t much!). She also delivers a wide range of mental health first aid, mental health awareness and wellbeing training.
