Lorraine gained her operational HR experience in Marks & Spencer before specialising in development as a consultant. A certified coach, Lorraine has worked with senior managers at organisations such as Barclays Bank, John Lewis, British Airways, Legal & General, Vodafone, The Planning Inspectorate, AXA, Accenture, Kelloggs, Birdseye, Specsavers, Waterstones, Fiat, Prudential, Deutsche Bank, Experian and many small businesses. Lorraine is passionate about developing others, using great relationship skills whilst not taking her eye off the commercial realities of business and how HR can add real value. She specialises in helping businesses to lead and navigate their way through challenging and sensitive issues, drawing on all her HR experience. Whether a senior leadership team or key HR people, she will stretch them to make a real step change in their performance.
