Jo is a highly experienced C-Suite HR professional with over 20 years’ experience across multiple industries. Having progressed through a series of increasingly senior generalist positions, her last executive role was as Executive Vice President HR for a FTSE 250 Life Sciences company. Since then, she has pursued a career as a Consultant CPO and HR Mentor.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Jo has provided strategic advice, business partnering and trusted support to a variety of Boards and Leadership Teams, alongside the evolution and transformation of HR functions. With this insight and experience, she is well placed to offer both emotional and practical support to fellow HR professionals seeking to maximise HR’s business impact and effectiveness.
