Jane has over 25 years’ experience leading teams in various business functions, including HR. She worked in-house for a broad range of organisations in many different sectors and specialised in HR management to support companies to achieve their potential by working more effectively through their people.
Jane works with organisational leaders and HR teams to help them challenge their assumptions about how work works and develop and implement new ways of working that enable individuals and companies achieve their potential. She brings a systems- and design-thinking approach and combines it with a strengths-based approach to change, which results in transformational change for individuals and organisations.
Jane is also a member of Bristol Women’s Commission and leads the task group that launched the Women in Business Charter in Bristol in 2019, to support and recognise companies’ work towards greater gender equality.
