As co-founder of Enable-HR International, George has developed a distinctive approach that combines deep HR knowledge with advanced analytics. He is the architect behind our flexible 360-degree HR Profiling System and now leads the design and build of People Analytics dashboards that give HR leaders and business partners the tools they need to make evidence-based decisions with confidence.
George has worked with clients including GlaxoWellcome, Boehringer Ingelheim, Standard Life, Microsoft, Hasbro, Wetherspoon, Square Enix and Nestlé, always focused on delivering insights that are not only robust but genuinely useful – whether in employee engagement, targeted research, or strategic workforce planning.
Working alongside our software engineer, he continues to enhance Enable-HR’s secure online research hub and BI dashboards, ensuring clients have a central, easy-to-use space for research, feedback and analytics.
