Eric is a seasoned strategic HR, Talent and Organisation Development leader with over 30 years’ experience across manufacturing, life sciences, chemicals, oil & gas and engineered products. He has led large-scale HR transformations, M&A integrations, leadership development and culture change across organisations including IDEX, Eastman Chemical and DSM. He has worked in over thirty-five countries in six continents, and has lived in five countries in three continents.
With a Master’s in People & OD, Fellowship of the CIPD and deep expertise in tools such as The Birkman Method and team alignment diagnostics, Eric is passionate about building high-performing, human-centred organisations that actually work in the real world.
Known for his high EQ, pragmatic style and sense of humour, Eric delights in developing others, strengthening leadership capability and challenging issues that get in the way of great work getting done.
