Deborah was Head of HR for Europe in the IT and pharmaceutical industries, before consulting in HR, OD, and leadership and management development. Projects have ranged from large organisational and cultural change programmes through to working with groups and teams, and with individuals as an executive coach.
Her experience has provided a broad perspective on how HR is delivered; global clients have included General Electric, Diageo and Vodafone; in the public sector Gloucestershire Constabulary, DEFRA and MHRA, plus smaller organisations in distribution, professional services and food.
Deborah’s passion for good people management led her to found enable-hr with George Naylor. HR holds the key to productive, engaged people who deliver profit, brand and shareholder value. The interaction between HR and the business provides the key to unlock this potential, and this is Deborah’s focus.
