Deborah was Head of HR for Europe in the IT and pharmaceutical sectors before consulting in HR, OD, and leadership and management development. Clients have included global organisations such as General Electric, Diageo and Vodafone; in the public sector DEFRA, MHRA and the Police, and many varied companies. Her experience has provided a broad perspective on how HR is delivered and how to build its influence and impact. Deborah’s passion for great HR led her to found Enable-HR international with George Naylor, and they researched what organisations want from HR. This illuminated a pivotal factor – it is the quality of the interaction between HR and the business that unlocks HR’s potential to drive business results. This is the core of Enable-HR’s work, and Deborah’s projects range from HR transformation through to training HRBPs and coaching. Their international team includes expert HR consultants and coaches.
