Anne-Helene Scouarnec has 20+ years’ experience in Human Resources Management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement in a wide range of sectors in both start-ups and large multinational organizations. She spent 10 years in an international organization where she designed and managed assessment and development centres, using psychometric tools. She carried out many 360, individual, collective assessments and ran bilingual training courses. She then went on to acquire a very operational HR experience by creating and leading the HR EMEA South department of an American company based in Paris. This combined experience allows her today to run her own consultancy company where she delivers HR services to facilitate international companies’ settlement in France. Anne-Helene truly believes that HR can be a real asset to the business. She explores what the future of work will mean for organizations, management and people. She believes that observations on social transformation, latest industry trends, HR technology and other relevant developments around the globe can provide added value at each stage of business growth which is then translated into building organizational and team capabilities.
