Our specially scripted HR scenario was brought to life before our eyes by actor-facilitators Kim Hicks and Paul Mohan, and we worked out together how to get a better outcome – with fun and learning along the way. t was great to hear from all levels – HRD, HRBP, HRM and HR professionals – and particular thanks to the volunteers who stepped up to do a ‘real play’. They shared their challenge with the group and had the chance to practise their approach with an actor who miraculously morphed into their difficult stakeholder. Feedback showed that this had real impact for participants.
