Is your HR function aligned with your organisation’s objectives?

How do you build and lead an HR function that delivers measurable value and executes with excellence?

That’s what we explored in our recent webinar ‘How to lead HR for maximum strategic impact‘ on Tuesday 28th January.

Many of the HR leaders we talk to are rethinking how their functions are organised, and working out how to raise the level at which they operate. Whether you’re new into the CPO role or ready to lead a transformation, this webinar is designed for you.

Deborah was joined by Asad Husain who’s been CHRO 4 times and led several HR transformations. They shared real-life experience and hard-won lessons to ensure that this is practical and relevant.

We started with the bigger picture:

  • What’s your agenda for your HR function?
  • How can you create strategic impact that’s valued by the business?
  • What 5 things do you want to deliver for the business?

Then touched on HR’s operating model. You don’t need to overthink that because the three dimensions of Dave Ulrich’s model are still appropriate, but it’s about how they’re deployed and flexed:

  • How can you get the best results from your resources?
  • How can you get your HR function united and aligned, with one face to the organisation?

We also explored how to be a leader of the organisation as well as of HR, and how to build your ability to choose the agenda. This means strategic partnering with the CEO and other key CXOs – how do you get to that point?

Please contact us for a no obligation meeting to discuss your own situation and become clearer about what you want to achieve and how to do it.
