When you want to take a fresh look at what you do in HR, the best place to start is by asking the people who depend on you.   We offer a 360-degree version of our Self-evaluation Tool that’s designed to get stakeholders’ views on the same statements.  We can also ask them for additional information about what they’d like from you as well as what they appreciate.  This qualitative information enriches the data and gives us valuable insight, particularly when building greater alignment in an HR Team Workshop.

We can also take this a stage further by getting stakeholders’ perspectives in a structured way, eg. on current priorities, the business drivers, context, etc.
