HR tech should be empowering HR to operate more strategically

HR tech should be empowering HR to operate more strategically.

However, very few of the HR leaders I talk to aren’t anywhere near being happy with what their tech is delivering.

Why is this?

I do have a view that the HR tech companies have taken far too long to understand the complexity of the HR function and its requirements. But am I right?

Certainly another factor is the size of the challenge for the HR function to scope and cost their requirements. When you’re already feeling under-resourced, building the business case for the tech you need seems like a huge mountain to climb.

In today’s world, getting the right HR tech should be part of every CHRO’s strategy.

If you’re a CHRO or HR leader who wants to reassess your function in today’s new context, our webinar is for you – ‘Priorities for a new CHRO‘.

Deborah is hosting a conversation between two highly experienced CHROs: 4xCHRO Asad Husain and CPO Rupert Brown. They will share insights from their deep experience of leading HR into new levels of performance, including an organised process for delivering change that brings your stakeholders and HR team along with you.

Making the case for the HR tech you need is likely to play a key role in that.
