Taking perspectives into account

I make sure that I take into account all relevant perspectives when making important decisions (e.g. senior management/HR team/client groups/employees/customers)

When there is a key decision coming up, step back to make sure you’re including every stakeholder who may have an interest, or who can support you, advocate for you, help with implementation – or get in the way. They need to be on your stakeholder map. Take the broadest view possible of all your stakeholder groups, and include the customer. Then, make sure that you have gathered their input, and take everything relevant into account.

The Seven Enablers

The Seven Enablers were identified in Enable-HR’s research into what drives excellence in HR

We researched what businesses want from HR and distilled this into the activities and behaviours that drive successful relationships and results. Enable-HR provides a framework to understand and evaluate how HR operates, and then to align, develop and inspire HR people.
