Regularly assessing and improving

Here we are looking at continuous improvement – making sure that opportunities aren’t missed to improve efficiency. It’s easy to neglect this, and carry on under the assumption that they’re good enough. However, every part of the organisation needs to ensure that their systems and processes are as efficient and effective as possible, and do what they need to do for stakeholders.
