These impressions, created by every member of the HR function, build into HR’s reputation overall. As an individual, your reputation enables you to get the results you need from your stakeholders. What would you like stakeholders to say about you? What do they say about you when you’re not in the room? Often, we don’t consider consciously how we want to be regarded or spoken about. If you can be clear about how you want to come across and be seen, you can work towards that outcome consciously.
