This is a test of your credibility and professional reputation. The frequency scale that we use allows you to explore how often this does happen – and then the reasons behind that. There may be some stakeholders who do, and some who don’t. Think about why that might be, and how you could build your credibility with those who are less co-operative. There may be other reasons, e.g. conflicting needs or commercial pressures. Consider all the factors involved, and also the way in which you managed the situation, to identify areas you can work on.
