Behavioural Competencies

Competencies are carefully crafted descriptions of the knowledge, skills, and behaviours that people (employees, or candidates for a role) need to demonstrate to effectively perform their roles and drive business success. Behavioural competencies describe the behaviour that the organisation want to see, e.g. empathy or inclusivity, in a way that is observable rather than based on opinion.
