There are 3 key drivers in Agile HR:

  1. Employee-focused: A focus on delivering value for employees as the driver for the profitability & growth of the organisation
  2. Self-organising teams: All work is carried out by cross-functional teams, working in short cycles with focus on delivering value
  3. Shared vision: A continuing effort to remove bureaucracy & top-down hierarchy so that the organisation operates together to deliver value and continuous improvement.

 

Agile HR can be highly effective in building alignment.
