Feel like an imposter?

Imposter syndrome has absolutely nothing to do with capability, or the way others see us – only how we think we are seeing ourselves.

Many of the most effective leaders I’ve coached have suffered from imposter syndrome. It has absolutely nothing to do with capability, or the way others see us. Only how we think we are seeing through ourselves.

How does this affect you?

In fact, it’s the most successful and also modest ‘strivers’ who show up with this – people who’ve pushed themselves hard to build their success and can never quite believe it when they get ‘there’.

I’ve been lucky to meet Marion Hewitt who’s researched this and specialises in building self-esteem and self care for HR people. We realised that we’d make a good double act called ‘reach in and reach out’.

Marion helps people to ‘reach in’ to build inner strength, and I help people to ‘reach out’ to develop strong stakeholder support. Together, these help HR people to increase their organisational impact.

We’ve put together a 3-hour virtual workshop that will provide you with practical skills and tools to strengthen your capabilities and confidence. This will enable you to ‘reach in’ to build inner strength, and ‘reach out’ to develop strong stakeholder support. As an outcome, you will increase your impact.
