Strategic influencing skills for HR leaders

How to build your stature as an influential business leader who happens to be in HR.

What would you like people to say about you after a key meeting or presentation?

This is the start-point for this workshop, we will then help you build your own path towards building your credibility as a Business+HR leader. The other result you will want is that stakeholders respond well to your recommendations and engage fully with you in productive discussions towards a successful conclusion.

Join other HR leaders in a small group to take your business-credibility and personal influence to a new level.

This virtual workshop will build your capabilities and confidence in two ways:

  • Strategic – build your vision of how you want to be seen, strengthen your business acumen and build on your own authentic self;
  • Tactical – develop powerful skills and behaviours so that you can be influential and business-credible in key situations.

This is for HR leaders who want to build their influence and stature:

  • Clarify how they want to come across as a leader, and how to achieve that;
  • Develop deeper business acumen and get this across to senior leaders;
  • Develop behavioural strategies for success in key situations;
  • Manage their self-esteem and build positive beliefs to support effective behavioural practices;
  • Identify how, when and where to build these practices into sustained habits;
  • Build confidence and stature as a business leader as well as HR.

This workshop is facilitated by Deborah Wilkes, co-founder of Enable-HR International. Find out more about Deborah.

As a result of this workshop, together with the pre-work and follow-up assignments, participants will build:
