Confidence in HR Study Results
Great HR adds value to the bottom line. However, HR’s work is often under the radar and under-appreciated. HR has to prove its value, and push forward as a strategic partner to business leaders. To do this, first HR has to believe in itself – but there is some evidence that HR as a profession suffers from imposter syndrome. Building HR’s confidence, credibility and influence is key to elevating its impact so we need to understand this better.
