Change has become ungovernable for leaders

Gartner’s research reveals the extent of too much going on at the same time:
‘63% of HR employees tell us that their organization expanded to a new geographic region or market.
79% made a significant technology platform change.
75% experienced one or more senior leader transitions.’
The point well made in the Gartner article is that these changes are stacked one upon another.
Business leaders demand more pace, with several workstreams running in parallel which need the time and energy of the same leaders and managers.
This impacts HR too – not ‘just’ in their own workload, but also in supporting line leaders and managers as they struggle.
