Are your HRBPs able to fulfil the real potential of their role?
The HRBP is at the front line of the relationship between HR and the business. They gain valuable insight into what the business really needs from HR and how to ensure that interventions land well, and that makes them a valuable two-way channel.
The quality of the relationship between the HRBP and their stakeholder is crucial, and we will explore how to deepen that. Elevating that relationship is the key ingredient in moving towards collaboration and strategic impact.
However, there are other conditions that need to be created in order to enable the HRBP to fulfil the full potential of the role. Often the HRBP is left to struggle on with a high operational workload, lack of support from the business, or unsupportive relationships within HR.
In our recent webinar ‘How to make HR business partnering deliver value‘ we explored the factors that are in the control of the HRBP as well as those which are not and I shared what I’ve learned from working with clients of various sectors, sizes and cultures about just that.
